This just in: The Linkery has received a little present from New Belgium Brewing Co. It’s sour, its one of a kind, it’s dark and lovely… its a cask of Shadow of the Foeder. La Folie blends with 1554 to create something to be desired… I’m dreaming of dark chocolate malts from the black lager and sour apples from the flander’s red. Ahh.. Wednesday the 19th can’t come soon enough.
